1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using TapTrack STMS, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

Permission is granted to temporarily use TapTrack STMS for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in TapTrack STMS
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
- Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

To access certain features of the service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

- Maintain the security of your account
- Promptly update any changes to your information
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

In no event shall TapTrack STMS, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
